Apprenticeship is a formal training program in which a person earns income while learning the plumbing through a combination of “On-the-Job Training” (OJT) experience and “Related Training Instruction” (RTI). During OJT, the person will perform tasks related to the plumbing trade on actual construction jobsites while under the supervision of a qualified plumbing tradesperson.

During OJT, the person will perform tasks related to the HVAC trade on actual construction jobsites while under the supervision of a qualified HVAC tradesperson.
Assembles, installs, and repairs all components associated with commercial and/or industrial plumbing, hydronic and process piping systems. Identifies and remains updated as to the composition and proper installation of all plumbing and piping trade-related materials including, but not limited to, the various types of piping, fittings, connectors, valves, fixtures specialties, and appurtenances available in the plumbing and piping industry.
Assembles, installs and repairs all components associated with commercial and/residential Heating/Cooling systems. Identifies and remains updated as to the composition and proper installation of all Heating/Cooling trade-related materials including, but not limited to, the various types of piping, fittings, connectors, duct, and appurtenances available in the Heating/Cooling industry.
The Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities of assigned plumbing and/or mechanical projects. Manage plumbing and mechanical construction projects through effective communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs and profitability.
Assisting the Company President, VP’s of Operation, Production and Finance, Project Managers and Lead Project Manager Assistant as requested. Assist in maintaining and updating Company trade-related registrations with all locales in which business will be conducted. Communicate with the Company Project Managers regarding, but not limited to: assisting as requested cost coding and job set-up at project origin, monthly Work-In-Process (WIP) reporting, man-power projections, procuring of project permits, preparation of submittal documents, preparing closeout documents. Communicate with customer personnel regarding project requirements, payment applications, Request for Information (RFI), Submittals, etc.
Responsible for offloading and stocking deliveries. Assist the Purchasing Agent and Warehouse Manager in tracking, returning to stock (and/or vendors) all materials, tools and equipment returned from field projects.
Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work to bid. Executes take-offs/analysis of construction documents. Obtains pricing for materials of projects being bid. Obtains bids from subcontractors of projects being bid. Prepares cost analysis in computer by capturing material, labor, equipment, subcontractor and overhead cost estimates of projects being bid.
